This applesauce is simple to make and great alongside so many meals and dishes. It’ll keep for a while in the fridge and even longer in the freezer.

Ingredients
  • 5 Apples of your choice
  • Cinnamon or any season of choice

Method

Step one

Wash, core, and slice into equal sized chunks.


Step two

Place in a saucepan with an inch of water and bring to a boil.


Step three

Simmer for around 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Step four

Once cooked, the water will have reduced and you can now mash with a spoon or food processor.


Step five

Add any seasoning you may like and enjoy!
