Homemade, Sugar-free applesauce
This applesauce is simple to make and great alongside so many meals and dishes. It’ll keep for a while in the fridge and even longer in the freezer.
We paired this with our tasty, slow roasted pork belly here.
- 5 Apples of your choice
- Cinnamon or any season of choice
High in Carbs, use in moderation.
Wash, core, and slice into equal sized chunks.
Place in a saucepan with an inch of water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for around 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once cooked, the water will have reduced and you can now mash with a spoon or food processor.
Add any seasoning you may like and enjoy!
