Three Ingredient Banana Pancakes
This quick and simple pancake recipe will have you whipping up batches in no time. Made with only three common household ingredients nothing can stop you when craving this sweet yet perfectly healthy start to your day.
- 2 Free Range Eggs
- 1 Banana
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
Crack two eggs into a mixing bowl, adding the banana and cinnamon.
Using a food processor or a whisk, mix the ingreidents until you have a smooth mixture.
Melt some butter in a pan and add a splash of the batter and let fry for until golden brown on each side.
Wrap the pancakes in foil while you finish cooking the rest of the pancakes.
Enjoy your lovely breakfast.
